An Armenian court has ruled on family members of Armenian oligarch and "Prosperous Armenia" party chairman Gagik Tsarukyan.
Modern.az reports with reference to Armenian media that property worth 3.4 million dollars illegally acquired from his daughter Roza Tsarukyan and son-in-law Karapet Guloyan will be confiscated.
According to the court decision, the oligarch's mansion in Arinj village of Kotayk province and the land plot in Tsaghkadzor will be transferred to the state balance.
The prosecutor's claim also concerned the confiscation of 2000 shares of the couple in Acba Bank.
