Trump SCREAMED at Qalibaf on the phone

US President Donald Trump raised his voice and even lost it while talking on the phone with Iranians who were discussing with White House representatives in Islamabad a few days ago.

According to Modern.az, American Senator Lindsey Graham stated this on "Fox News" TV channel.

"A few days ago, he was talking on the phone with the Iranians, and the conversation became quite tense. It even reached the point where President Trump loudly warned the Iranians about what would happen if they continued their games. His voice was hoarse. I wouldn't want to be in that Iranian's place," Graham said.

The senator admitted that the president's personal participation in the talks was unexpected for him.

However, Senator Lindsey Graham did not say who Donlad Trump was talking to from the Iranian side and who he was shouting at.

It is assumed that the person Trump spoke to was Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, who led the Iranian delegation in Islamabad.

It should be noted that negotiations between the US and Iranian delegations took place in Islamabad on April 11 and lasted almost a day - 21 hours. The American delegation was led by Vice President J.D. Vance, while Iran was represented by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.

Although the meeting did not result in concrete agreements, neither Washington nor Tehran withdrew from the negotiation process. Vance stated that there was "significant progress" in talks with Iran.

"Reuters" reported that Iranian and US delegations may reconvene for a new round of talks in Pakistan this week.

According to "Axios" sources, the parties were able to get closer to concluding a framework agreement.

The main obstacle to concluding an agreement between the Islamic Republic and the US is the issue of uranium enrichment. Previously, Washington demanded that Iran completely stop enriching uranium, but during the talks, it proposed a 20-year moratorium. Iran, however, disagreed with this period and wanted it reduced to 5 years, which does not satisfy the White House.

According to "Politico" sources, Trump is ready to make compromises with Iran for the sake of peace, because "he really wants it to end." However, the US plans to continue its organized blockade of Iranian seaports to pressure Tehran.
