This year, 15 people died and 86 people were injured in natural and man-made disasters

During the first quarter of 2026, 3326 natural and man-made disasters occurred in the republic.

Modern.az reports that this is stated in the information of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was noted that this is 828 incidents or 20% less compared to the first quarter of 2025. As a result of natural and man-made disasters, 15 people died and 86 people were injured. 12 people were rescued and 658 people were evacuated by the rescuers of the Ministry.
