Employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Khatai District Police Department detained 32-year-old Muhammad Valiyev, the driver of a "Chevrolet" brand car with state registration plate 77-SB-704, without a front state registration plate.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the information, when his documents were checked, the driver's actions aroused suspicion, so he was provided with a medical examination. Based on the results of the examination, it was determined that M. Valiyev had taken narcotic substances.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to the relevant court for consideration. By the decision of the court, M. Valiyev was administratively arrested and his right to drive vehicles was restricted for a period of two years.
