A new project has been created in Armenia aimed at appropriating Azerbaijan's cultural heritage in Karabakh.
Modern.az reports with reference to local media that the newly created platform will operate through the website artsakhian.org.
The so-called project called “Digital House of Artsakh Culture” will collect dialects, folklore, music, ceremonies, traditional knowledge, as well as photo, video and audio materials related to the Albanian and Turkic heritage in Karabakh as Armenian heritage.
The project was implemented with the initiative of the “We are our mountains” Development Agency, created at the initiative of Ruben Vardanyan, and with the support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
It should be noted that the war criminal Ruben Vardanyan, who financed the project, was sentenced to 20 years in prison in Azerbaijan.
