The Sochi Central District Court has chosen a pre-trial detention measure regarding the children of Andrey Doroshenko, State Duma deputy from Krasnodar Krai.
Modern.az reports that, according to the joint press service of the regional courts, a decision on arrest has been made regarding the deputy's 24-year-old daughter Milana Doroshenko and 30-year-old son Eldar Doroshenko for the duration of the investigation.
The brother and sister are accused of fraud. It is noted that Milana and Eldar Doroshenko did not embezzle the funds allocated during the construction of highways.
It is noted that both children of the deputy own a 50 percent stake in the companies “Arma-Layn” and PKF DTK. PKF DTK was the contractor company for the reconstruction of Krasnodar's Western bypass road. The project's value is estimated at approximately 2.5 billion rubles.
Additionally, “Severskoye DRSU” LLC, which executed state contracts for the maintenance of highways in Krasnodar Krai with a total value of 184 million rubles, was also registered in Milana Doroshenko's name. (Unikal.az)
