China can end the conflict in Ukraine with a single phone call.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Matthew Whitaker, the US Ambassador to NATO, during a panel discussion at the Munich Security Conference.
Whitaker shared his opinion, stating, "China can call Vladimir Putin tomorrow and end this war."
He also believes that Beijing can stop buying Russian oil and gas.
