Elmar Movsum oglu Aliyev, born in 1949, died as a result of a drone attack in the Velika Pisarevka district of Sumy region, Ukraine, bordering Russia.
Modern.az reports with reference to "Report" that E. Aliyev was hit by a drone carrying a hand grenade belonging to the Russian army while driving his car.
Our compatriot died on the spot. E. Aliyev, originally from Beylagan region, was a citizen of Ukraine. His p was sent to Azerbaijan for burial.
