Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has sworn an oath of allegiance to Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei, the third leader of the Islamic Revolution.

Modern.az reports that this was stated in a report by Iran's “Tasnim” Agency.

Masoud Pezeshkian expressed his firm belief in Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei and his certainty that Iran will strengthen under his leadership.

Iran's Assembly of Experts announced Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as the new Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution on March 9.
