US Vice President JD Vance has postponed his planned visit to Switzerland amid planned talks between the US and Iran.
Modern.az reports that the White House has released information about this.
It was stated that the postponement of the visit is due to logistical issues.
"Currently, the Vice President is not departing tonight. We look forward to starting technical talks as soon as possible," the White House statement said.
It should be noted that a meeting between US and Iranian delegations was planned to be held in Switzerland on June 19. The parties are expected to hold discussions on the nuclear program and regional security issues.
