US President Donald Trump announced that White House Press Secretary Karoline Livitt will leave her post at the end of the month.
According to Modern.az, citing Reuters, Trump stated that Livitt will now dedicate more time to her family. He added that the former press secretary will continue to be one of his key foreign advisors in the future and will remain an influential voice in the Republican Party.
Livitt, in turn, called her last year and a half in office "the greatest honor and adventure of her life."
It should be noted that Livitt joined Trump's election campaign in 2024. She then served as a spokesperson during the transition period and was appointed White House Press Secretary by Trump. She was the youngest person to be appointed to this position.
