A fifth-generation F-35 fighter jet has crashed in California, USA.
Modern.az reports that "Fox News" TV channel spread information about this, citing a representative of the "Miramar" air base.
It was noted that a Class A accident involving an F-35B aircraft of the US Marine Corps occurred around the base, and the aircraft caught fire after falling to the ground. The pilot managed to eject, but there is no information yet about his health, as well as the causes of the incident.
The average price of an F-35 can exceed 80 million dollars.
