A bill providing for the arrest or fining of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Donald Trump may be adopted in the Iranian parliament.
Modern.az reports, citing Fars news agency, that this was stated by MP Mehdi Kuchakzadeh.
"The new bill "On International Crimes" being prepared in the parliament does not take into account the provisions of Islamic criminal law, including the death penalty for criminals," he said, adding that the bill should be further tightened.
"Otherwise, this bill will not help us investigate crimes committed by Israel and the United States," he stressed.
