A government building in northern Kuwait and civilian facilities on Bubiyan Island were damaged as a result of an Iranian drone attack.
Modern.az reports that the Kuwaiti Armed Forces and the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs released information about this.
According to the information, Kuwaiti air defense forces detected and destroyed enemy drones entering the country's territory. However, as a result of falling debris, material damage was caused to the government building in the north of the country, as well as to civilian vehicles belonging to one of the companies operating on Bubiyan Island. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs assessed the incident as a gross violation of the country's sovereignty.
