US President Donald Trump made statements regarding Iran, the agreement reached in the Gaza Strip, and the provision of "Patriot" air defense systems to Ukraine.
Modern.az reports that Trump first spoke about the US position on Iran.
"We just want to win. Everything is going very well right now. We are trying to be as gentle as possible, but they are being destroyed. We will hit them very hard. A point will come when they will say 'we can't take this anymore'," the US president said.
Trump also commented on the agreement reached with Gaza. According to him, Israel actively participated in this process and demonstrated a constructive position.
"Israel is very pleased with this. They helped us. No one thought such an agreement on the disarmament of Hamas would be possible. This is an indication of the great successes we have achieved with regard to Iran. Four or five months ago, such an agreement was not possible. This is a big step for the Middle East," Trump noted.
The US leader also touched upon the issue of providing "Patriot" air defense systems to Ukraine, emphasizing that sharing advanced military technologies carries risks.
"We must be very careful when allowing someone to produce our advanced weapons. It is not easy to give away these technologies. The party to whom you transfer the technology can later turn against you. Therefore, we must be very careful," Trump said.
