Russian military expert Vitaly Kiselev claimed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces left their positions in the city of Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, without the command's instructions.
Modern.az reports that, according to him, Ukrainian soldiers remaining in the city retreated without waiting for orders and left their positions on their own initiative.
Kiselev assessed this as a decision made by ordinary soldiers to save themselves.
It should be recalled that the Russian side announced on July 3 that Kostyantynivka had been taken under control.
