Todd Blanche has begun his duties as the US Attorney General.
Modern.az reports that White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt announced this on the social network X.
According to her, Blanche was officially sworn in as US Attorney General on Monday.
Previously, the US Senate confirmed Blanche's nomination as head of the country's Department of Justice by a narrow majority. Blanche had been acting head of the agency since April. In June, US President Donald Trump decided to appoint him to this position on a permanent basis.
