A fire broke out at a waste processing plant in Bolu province, located in northwestern Turkey.
Modern.az reports that as a result of the incident, the area was covered in thick smoke. During the fire, explosion sounds were heard periodically.
According to the Bolu Governorship, one employee of the plant sustained minor injuries during the incident.
The cause of the fire is not yet known. Firefighters are working continuously to localize and extinguish the flames.
