During preventive measures carried out by employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Khatai District Police Department, 44-year-old Mustafa Afandiyev was detained for driving a "Chevrolet" brand car without a state registration plate, with structural changes, and with non-standard film on the vehicle's windows.

It was reported that during the inspection, it was determined that M. Afandiyev did not have the right to drive a vehicle. Also, since the driver's actions raised suspicion, he was provided with a medical examination. Based on the results of the examination, it was determined that M. Afandiyev had taken a narcotic substance.
An administrative offense protocol was drawn up against the driver under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to the relevant court for consideration. By the decision of the court, M. Afandiyev was administratively arrested for 15 days.
