Richard Hughes, who has been working at Liverpool since June 2024, has voluntarily left his position as Liverpool's sporting director.
Modern.az reports that the English club announced this.
The 47-year-old functionary informed the club management that he wanted to accept a new challenge. It is claimed that Hughes will continue his career at Al-Hilal.
It should be noted that during his tenure, Liverpool became the English champion in the 2024/25 season and won its 20th title in its history. The team qualified for the Champions League next season.
