The State Agency for Safe Conduct of Work in Industry and Mountain-Mining Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations continues to take necessary measures within its powers to ensure safety in industrial and mountain-mining operations.

It was stated that a scheduled inspection was carried out by the Agency's inspectors at the liquid gas filling station belonging to individual entrepreneur Nabiyev Ali Mahammad oglu, operating in Qaradağlı village, Tartar region.
During the inspection, violations that could pose a danger to human life and health were discovered at the station.
Thus, it was determined that the service life of 2 tanks used at the liquid gas filling station had expired, technical inspections had not been carried out, and control-measuring devices and protective equipment had not been checked.
Considering that the identified deficiencies could not be immediately eliminated, as well as the danger they posed to human life and health, the operation of the liquid gas filling station was suspended by the employees of the Agency, and a copy of the act drawn up for the elimination of the violations was presented to the entrepreneur.
