Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has hailed the agreement reached with the US as a significant achievement for his country.
Modern.az reports that the Iranian leader stated that the agreement is a "significant achievement and a great victory" for the Iranian people.
Pezeshkian noted that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei had previously declared that the country had no intention of acquiring nuclear weapons.
"Iran reaffirms this position. We are not seeking to acquire nuclear weapons," the president emphasized.
