Modern.az reports that information about the malfunction has been confirmed by "Detector404" and "Downdetector" monitoring services.
According to "Detector404" data as of 18:48 Baku time, users from Germany (5%), USA (5%), Netherlands (4%), Russia (3%) and Great Britain (3%) complained the most about problems in the system. It is noted that these indicators have been adjusted to the population of the region. On the "Downdetector" website, numerous reports of malfunctions have also been received from countries such as Portugal, Greece, Azerbaijan, and Poland.
According to the information, the number of complaints began to increase significantly after 17:15 Baku time. According to statistics as of 18:53, approximately 1,400 complaints related to system access and functionality have been registered in the last 24 hours.
