Iranian authorities have sealed the French language center in Tehran, operating under the French embassy, by court order.
Modern.az reports that Iranian officials stated the center was operating despite warnings regarding its license.
It was reported that the center is accused of “illegal” activities against Iranian culture and national security.
The move comes at a time of increased diplomatic tension between the two countries.
