It was proposed to hold a separate meeting with the participation of muftis regarding the issues raised by artificial intelligence from a religious point of view.
Modern.az reports that Allahshukur Pashazade, chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Sheikhulislam, made this proposal at the 7th meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States held in Baku.
The chairman of the CMO emphasized the importance of paying special attention to the evaluation of artificial intelligence from the point of view of Sharia.
“Religious people are waiting for our opinions on this topic,” said A. Pashazade, proposing to hold a special meeting of muftis to discuss the issue.
Naurizbay Taganuly, chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, also touched upon the importance of correct use of information obtained from artificial intelligence.
According to him, religious figures should convey accurate information to society, especially to young people, and participate in guiding them correctly.
