The awarding of bonuses to high-ranking officials has caused anger among those working in lower positions within the government apparatus in Armenia.
Modern.az reports that the "Hraparak" newspaper wrote about this.
According to the newspaper, several department employees have stated that they will not remain silent if they again receive no bonuses or only symbolic amounts, while high-ranking members of the Civil Contract receive millions of dollars.
According to the newspaper's claim, department heads and their managers are reportedly already compiling lists that supposedly determine employees' performance index for bonuses.
