"The assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is a crime and will not go unpunished".

Modern.az reports that these words were stated by the President of the Islamic Republic, Masoud Pezeshkian.

"This horrific crime will not go unanswered and will open a new page in the history of the Islamic world", he wrote on his "Telegram" channel.
