Modern.az reports that this was stated by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
Peskov said that modern European elites are fully mobilizing Europe's military potential and directing it against Russia.
According to him, Moscow is ready for dialogue, but this should not happen at the expense of Russia's interests.
