Modern.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this while receiving the speakers of legislative bodies from various countries attending the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Istanbul.
"In an era where dialogue and diplomacy have been replaced by rockets and bombs, no state is safe," he said, adding that Turkey is in favor of resolving all conflicts peacefully.
