Modern.az reports that this was stated in the congratulatory letter sent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia to Israel.

The letter from the Armenian Foreign Ministry congratulated Israel on its Independence Day and stated Yerevan's readiness to strengthen ties and explore new cooperation opportunities between the countries.
