US authorities have made a decision regarding the Venezuelan leadership.
Modern.az reports that Bloomberg spread information about this.
According to the information, Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores have been allowed to pay for legal services in connection with a drug trafficking case using Venezuelan funds.
It is noted that this decision had previously caused controversy due to sanctions.
The prosecution claims that Maduro was involved in cocaine smuggling and cooperated with terrorist organizations. Maduro and Flores deny the charges. It was reported that the prosecutor requested the first court hearing on the case to be held within 60 days.
