Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei issued a message on the occasion of the beginning of the third year of activity of the 12th convocation of the parliament.
Modern.az reports, citing IRNA, that in the message, he highly appreciated the efforts of the deputies, and especially the Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, in the direction of the country's development. Khamenei emphasized the importance of preserving national unity, stating that disagreements should not turn into confrontation and that the parliament should focus its main attention on the country's main problems.
He particularly highlighted issues such as economy, living conditions, controlling inflation, developing production, and creating hope in society.
The message emphasized issues such as deputies representing the trust of the people, being in close contact with society, fighting corruption, and prioritizing national interests.
M. Khamenei also noted the importance of preserving national unity in the face of foreign pressures and economic difficulties, stating that the enemy's goal is to create division in society and called for unity not to be broken.
