According to Modern.az, Antalya will host a number of prestigious international events in 2026. Among these, Sports & Events Türkiye (May 31–June 3), Turkey's first international sports tourism exhibition, the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) (October 5–9), and the UN Climate Change Conference – COP31 (November 9–20) hold a special place. International events such as the Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival, Runtalya Marathon, and Turkish Airlines Open will also be held in the city.
Antalya Fashion Week (June 2–4), which will be organized for the ninth time in 2026, will bring together designers from various countries, as well as Turkey, further strengthening the city's position as an international fashion platform.
With approximately 300 days of sunshine a year, Antalya attracts attention not only with its summer tourism but also with its historical and cultural heritage, archaeological sites, nature trails, golf, diving, and adventure tourism opportunities. Historical places such as Kaleiçi, Aspendos, Patara, Side, and Phaselis, as well as Mediterranean cuisine, make the city an attractive travel destination in all seasons.
