“The conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan is already over”.
Modern.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at the last meeting of the old composition of the parliament.
“According to the results of the 2026 elections, the Armenian people stood up for the defense of peace,” he noted.
According to Pashinyan, the establishment of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan has given a new impetus to the economy.
“People should see economic growth in their daily lives, and I have decided that pensions in Armenia should be increased,” the prime minister said.
Pashinyan assured that from 2028, the government will review the amount of pensions and index them at least at the level of inflation.
