Zelensky awarded the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on Constitution Day.

Modern.az reports that among those awarded according to the decree is Hikmat Javad, the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora and chairman of the United Diaspora of Azerbaijanis of Ukraine.

According to the decree, Hikmat Javad was awarded the 3rd degree "For Services" order.
