Azerbaijani businessman Emin Agalarov announced that famous Hollywood actor Robert De Niro will participate in the opening of "Nobu Hotel" in the "Sea Breeze" project located on the Caspian coast.
Modern.az reports that Emin Agalarov spoke about this during a video interview with famous Kazakh businessman and blogger Beybit Alibekov.
The businessman stated that the new project to be implemented in "Sea Breeze" will be realized in cooperation with the "Nobu" brand.
According to Agalarov, the complex will include a 100-room hotel, 100 apartments, and approximately 6 "Nobu" villas.
"This is 'Nobu Hotel'. It's my favorite restaurant. They have been my partners for 20 years. I used to have two 'Nobu' restaurants in Moscow," Agalarov said.
He noted that construction is planned to start this year, and real estate sales will be launched in parallel.
Agalarov said that "Nobu SPA", "Nobu Hotel" and "Nobu" restaurant will operate in one complex within the project.
According to the businessman, the selling price of real estate in the project will start from 7 thousand US dollars.
It should be noted that "Nobu" is a famous restaurant and hotel brand operating worldwide. Among the founders of the brand are famous Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and businessman Meir Teper.
"Nobu" restaurants and hotels operate in various countries and are classified as premium segment.
