Modern.az reports that the incident occurred on November 25 at Family Health Clinic No. 3, located in the area of Sumgayit's 45th neighborhood.
City resident Nigar Babakhanova, born in 1953, died there due to the effect of an injection administered to her.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
