In Baku, at Gulustan Palace, the official opening ceremony of the 240 MW "Khizi-Absheron" Wind Power Plant, built by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's company "ACWA Power", is being held.

Modern.az reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is speaking at the event.
