Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian spoke about an agreement aimed at ending the war with the United States.
Modern.az reports with reference to Iranian media that President Pezeshkian stated at a meeting held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the Iran-US agreement: “As a result of the coordination work carried out, the Iran-US memorandum of understanding will be signed on Friday.”
He added: “The negotiating team appointed to sign the memorandum will in no way deviate from the framework and policy determined by Ali Khamenei.”
Pezeshkian emphasized that no confusion or rebellion occurred in the country during the war, and the government demonstrated effective management throughout the war process.
It was announced that the Iran-US memorandum of understanding will be signed in Switzerland on June 19.
