According to the source, the head of state will soon make a decision on the appointment of Rustem Umerov as the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
According to the information, Ihor Klymenko, Ukraine's former Minister of Internal Affairs, is expected to replace Umerov as the new Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
