Modern.az reports that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated this, citing data received from Kyiv.
According to him, Russia's new military strategy and new technical capabilities, including jet-powered unmanned aerial vehicles, are causing greater losses for the Ukrainian side.
“Recently, the number of dead and wounded each month is 27,000 people. Unfortunately, this is a record figure for the war period. If this trend continues, winter in Ukraine could truly take on a catastrophic character,” – Tusk emphasized.
The Polish Prime Minister had previously warned that Russia could intensify its attacks against Ukraine's infrastructure, logistical capabilities, and economy. He noted that jet-powered drones are more difficult to detect.
