Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, who was once the head of the Karabakh diocese of the Armenian Church, has obtained immigrant status in the USA.
Modern.az reports that Armenian-American lawyer Kristine Parikyan spread information about this.
This status, in certain cases, opens the way to obtaining a direct permanent residence permit - a "Green Card".
It should be recalled that Pargev Martirosyan was one of the main ideologues of separatism in Karabakh during the First Karabakh War and the 44-day Patriotic Wars.
He fled to the USA in 2020 after the Patriotic War and currently lives in that country.
