The remains of one of the unmanned aerial vehicles shot down during a massive drone attack on Moscow fell on the territory of the "Sadovod" shopping complex.

Modern.az reports with reference to foreign media that as a result of the incident, one of the buildings in the market was damaged and a fire broke out in the area.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin confirmed that the drone remains fell on the territory of "Sadovod". "Interfax" also reported that the building located in the shopping complex was damaged.

According to RBC, several drones reached the Moscow Oil Refinery during the attack, and the remains of other shot down UAVs fell on the "Sadovod" market.

"Financial Times" wrote that the fire spread to the trade rows in the market, destroying goods that entrepreneurs had collected for months. Sellers said the damage was measured in millions of rubles.

After the incident, the activity of the shopping complex was temporarily suspended. According to "Interfax", some public transport routes to "Sadovod" were also canceled.

It should be noted that "Sadovod" is one of the largest wholesale and retail centers in Moscow where Azerbaijanis also work.
