Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian spoke about his meetings with the country's new supreme leader, stating that he is a logical, patient, and open-minded person.

Pezeshkian stated in an interview with Iranian media that he has repeatedly discussed internal problems and the government's activities with the new supreme leader.
According to him, during these meetings, he was able to express all his thoughts openly, and the other side approached them with understanding and logic.
"The person I saw was truly exceptional in terms of his ethics, logic, and humility," the Iranian president emphasized.
Pezeshkian added that the image formed in the public space about the new supreme leader does not coincide with his personal impressions.
He stated that some ideas attributed to the supreme leader differ from what he observed during personal meetings.
The Iranian president also noted the importance of maintaining direct communication opportunities and openly discussing existing problems in the current situation.
