The list of the richest Turks in 2026 has been announced.

Modern.az reports that Forbes magazine has published a new ranking of the richest Turks included in the list of global billionaires.

According to the list, the richest Turkish businessman is Hamdi Ulukaya, an entrepreneur operating in the USA. He ranked 219th in the global list with a fortune of 13.5 billion dollars. Ulukaya is the founder of the famous “Chobani” yogurt brand and has risen to a leading position in the US yogurt market with his company.

In second place is Murat Ülker, the main shareholder of “Yıldız Holding”. His fortune is estimated at 5.3 billion dollars, and he is in 806th place on the list. Ülker manages international brands such as “Ülker” and “Godiva” through “Yıldız Holding”, which operates in the food industry.

Saban Cemil Kazancı, a well-known figure in the energy sector, ranked 869th with a fortune of 4.9 billion dollars. He is the main shareholder of “Kazancı Holding” and operates in the field of electricity generation and distribution through the holding.

Erman Ilıcak, who operates in the construction sector, ranks 1137th with a fortune of 3.8 billion dollars. “Rönesans Holding”, which he leads, is known for implementing large construction and infrastructure projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Ferit Şahenk, the head of “Doğuş Holding”, ranked 1325th with a fortune of 3.2 billion dollars. Şahenk leads a diversified business empire covering tourism, banking, car import and media sectors.

Members of the Koç family are also on the list. Semahat Sevim Arsel and İpek Kıraç are in 1440th and 1560th places, respectively, each with a fortune of 2.9 billion dollars. They act as main shareholders in “Koç Holding”, one of Turkey's largest conglomerates, and have a wide business network in the energy, automotive, home appliances and financial sectors. Mustafa Rahmi Koç is in 1611th place with 2.6 billion dollars and, as the honorary chairman of the holding, has played an important role in the management of this giant business structure for many years.

Technology and defense industry also attract attention in the list. Selçuk Bayraktar, one of the leaders of “Baykar” company, ranked 1560th with a fortune of 2.7 billion dollars. He works as a technical director in the company specializing in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and leads the technological development of the company. His brother Haluk Bayraktar is in 1755th place with 2.4 billion dollars and, as the chief executive officer (CEO) of “Baykar”, carries out the strategic management of the company.

In addition, Feridun Geçgel (2.7 billion dollars, 1560th place), the head of “Astor Enerji”, is also on the list. Geçgel leads “Astor Enerji”, one of Turkey's leading companies in the production of energy equipment, and is mainly engaged in the production of transformers and power transmission systems.

Ahmet Çalık (2.3 billion dollars, 1834th place), the founder of “Çalık Holding”, has a wide business network covering energy, construction, textile and financial sectors. The holding he leads carries out large projects both in Turkey and in international markets.

Mustafa Küçük (2.2 billion dollars, 1913th place), the main shareholder of “LC Waikiki”, operates in the ready-to-wear sector. He is considered one of the main figures in the global expansion of the company and has managed to make the brand operate in dozens of countries.

Mehmet Sinan Tara and his family, who operate in the construction and energy sectors, are in 1676th place with a fortune of 2.5 billion dollars. They participate in large construction and energy projects through ENKA, one of Turkey's largest companies, and play an important role especially in international infrastructure projects.
