The Armenian government has changed the bonus format for state officials, switching from one-time payments to monthly bonuses.
Modern.az reports, citing the "Joğovurd" newspaper, that deputies received approximately 670,000 dram in March, while staff members received bonuses ranging from 40,000 to 400,000 dram. Bonuses in the executive branch, however, start from 3 million dram.
The new format is valid until the parliamentary elections on June 7 and provides for regular payments as part of their income.
