Turkey has submitted its proposals on ensuring security in the Black Sea to Russia.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov. Ankara had previously put forward an initiative to stop attacks on ships in the Black Sea.
Peskov also touched upon other issues. According to him, the Kremlin is closely monitoring which countries have licensed Ukraine to produce weapons.
The Kremlin spokesman said that they consider the lifting of sanctions on Russian diesel fuel important to increase supply in international markets. He did not rule out contacts between Vladimir Putin and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić regarding the supply of Russian gas to Serbia.
Peskov added that Russia will not rush to appoint ambassadors to Great Britain and France, given the current state of relations.
