Vladimir Putin is ready to negotiate with Vladimir Zelensky in Moscow at any time.
Modern.az reports, citing Russian media, that this was stated by Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
"Meeting at any other point is only logical when the process is fully completed. However, much work still needs to be done to finalize and stop it," said the Russian president's press secretary.
