Ukraine plans to use Latvian territory to launch drones against targets in Russia.
Modern.az reports that the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service issued a statement on this matter.
According to Russian intelligence, Kyiv has convinced Riga to agree to such an operation.
It is claimed that Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) forces have already been deployed to Latvia.
Moscow also warned that modern intelligence capabilities allow for the identification of drone launch points. The statement also included a threat to "decision-making centers" in Latvia: the SVR stated that the country's NATO membership would not protect those whom Russia considers complicit in the attacks.
