Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev shared a post from Bukhara.

"A path of science extending from Karabakh to Bukhara... The prominent philosopher and scholar of the 17th century, Yusif Garabaghi, left Karabakh and worked in Samarkand and Bukhara, leaving an important mark on the scientific and cultural life of Central Asia. In 1619, the ruler of Bukhara, Bahadur Khan, built a library in his honor and appointed Yusif Garabaghi as the head of that library. Even today, Yusif Garabaghi's grave is in Bukhara. From Karabakh to Bukhara - a bridge of science, culture, and friendship spanning centuries," he noted in the post.
